How we ship

Before leaving our premises, each item is carefully inspected and packed to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition. We strive to keep shipping charges as low as possible and only use shipping companies we trust to deliver your order safely and on time.

Shipping costs

EU countries: Includes Green Shipping for purchases over 599sek

Non-EU countries: 69sek shipping

Where we ship

We can ship to most countries in the world. If you do not reside in Sweden or the EU, please note that on top of the order payment, you will have to bear any customs charges when your order reaches your country. We have no control over these and advise you to contact your local customs office. If you do not know how to do this, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you in this regard.

Delivery Times

On orders placed before 3 pm (CET) delivery times will be from 1-3 days in Sweden. In the EU 4-7 days and outside of the EU 8-15 days. 

 

 

Returns

Returns

The buyer pays the return cost for the item. The product must be well packed, in good condition and in original packaging

 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the product or products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

In the event of any deterioration in the value of returned goods, we reserve the right to recover any shortfall from you.

How to make a return

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your parcel.

Please remember to ask for a proof of postage and make sure you keep this proof until your return is successfully processed.

Recycle Your Skogen Baby Products: 

The pacifiers should be sorted and recycled for heat recovery in heating plants, to promote clean combustion, where we, as opposed to a lot of other products and companies has not used any of the Earth’s finite resources

 

Refund

It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.

Once we have received and accepted your return, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please keep in mind that once the refund has been issued, it might take up to 3–5 business days for it to appear in your bank account.

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, simply return the product or products for a full refund by following the return instructions. Then, place a new order.

Complaints

In the event the item you received is defective or incorrect, please notify our Customer Service at support@skogenbaby.com for assistance. 

If you made the purchase through one of our retailers, we kindly ask you to contact them directly.

Conditions of use 

Terms of Sale

A contract between the customer and skogenbaby.com for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted through this Website. All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. At the moment, we can only accept credit card payments from our international customers, but we are working on new features. Our payment area is fully secure and handled by Shopify Payments, a majority of credit and debit cards are accepted. All prices on the Website include local tax. 

We indemnify ourselves for any misprints and color errors. We indemnify ourselves for possible price errors. We possess the right to cancel the order or adjust the price before and after the order has been processed, if the price is wrong.

Extra Charges Outside of the EU:

When you order from a country outside of the European Union, please note that the prices exclude VAT, and shipping costs do NOT include any customs duties or other taxes or import fees that may be levied in the country of destination.

Extra charges, such as customs duties, taxes (e.g. VAT), and other import fees for countries outside the EU will be paid for by you, the customer, on delivery by UPS. Please contact your local customs office for further information on local tariffs.

If for any reason you want to return an item, Skogen Baby will not refund any customs duties or taxes that you paid upon delivery.

Pre-Order Information 

 

Pre-order-information

Information about purchasing an item available for pre-order. 

All items that are marked with the pre-order symbol are currently not in stock and available for delivery at a later date. The expected delivery date is written on the product page.

When purchasing items that are available for pre-order you will be charged once the order has been shipped.

If your order includes other items that are in stock, your order will be divided into two shipments. The products that are in stock will be delivered immediately and the pre-order item will be delivered in a second shipment. If you pay freight, you will of course only be charged for one shipment. You will be charged the full order amount at the time of the first shipment.
